Stop samsung tv from re-downloading apps?

I'd tried all the things you'd listed and had also spoken to Samsung Support who accessed my TV remotely but failed to resolve the problem. Samsung thought my internet connection was the problem as it was showing 0. I also tried a manual USB firmware update but it matched the version installed so failed.
